Firm Overview

Versatile Business Attorneys in Southeast Michigan

If you need advice about issues ranging from business startup to property tax appeals or probate litigation, contact a knowledgeable attorney at the law firm of Adkison, Need, Allen & Rentrop in Bloomfield Hills. Our firm is large enough to cover the full range of general counsel needs for most companies, but small enough to assure our clients of close attention and prompt, individualized service.

Established in 1995, our law firm has the capacity to serve specialized needs associated with a broader business practice. For example, a family restaurant business that originally came to us for advice with general business formation and operations can also count on us for help with liquor license issues, special event permits, zoning and land use issues, and even estate planning.

We serve as counselors as well as advocates for Michigan businesses

An important feature of our practice is the ability to provide effective strategic advice for businesses who need help at a crossroads. You may be asking yourself questions like these: Should we borrow money? Expand into a new market? Revise our operating agreement? Finance construction of our own building? Issue new stock? Even sophisticated business people can benefit from sound advice about unfamiliar challenges or opportunities.

As our relationship with our clients deepens over the years, we develop a stronger ability to offer business advice that's based on our understanding of your market, your management style and the problems we've helped you overcome in the past.

Businesses and entrepreneurs in Oakland County, Macomb County and Wayne County have relied on Adkison, Need, Allen & Rentrop for advice and representation on matters ranging from liquor license transfers to probate court proceedings and land use/zoning issues. The Hundred Club of Detroit

About the 100 Club
The concept of the 100 Club was born in Detroit in 1952. Following the fatal shooting of a young Detroit officer, a gentleman by the name of William M. Packer, the largest Pontiac Dealer in the nation, who was a friend of the Police Commissioner, wrote to 100 of his friends encouraging them to donate to a fund for the fallen officer. The response was 100%. Packer and the Commissioner met with the expectant widow, reviewed her finances and arranged to pay off the mortgage on their home recently purchased in 1952, all the bills, set up an education account for the yet unborn child and deposited $7,000 in the widows checking account.
The 100 Club - Providing Assistance At A Moments Notice
When tragedy strikes, the effects are swift and devastating. The 100 Club of Detroit (a 501(c)(3) organization) recognizes the need to respond immediately with support and understanding. Whatever the need - financial, advisory or moral support, the 100 Club is there to ease the pain of the family of a firefighter, law enforcement officer or emergency medical service personnel killed in the line of duty.
